Courteous, friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. Carrie Maier helped us with the storm door and she was also very helpful, professional courteous and friendly! The installation went as promised they were very efficient did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves extremely well. We love the new windows and storm door and the house feels so much cooler now! We are thinking about replacing out back door now!!

We cannot say enough good things about Window Depot Cincinnati. Devan and Andrew were articulate, honest, low key, professional, very talented and ethical. We discovered their company by researching certified window installers in the Cincy area. What good is a top notch window if the installers cut corners and don't use modern installation materials or techniques? It's a waste of money in that situation. No corners are cut with Window Depot. We happened to be off work the two days it took them to replace 15 windows. Any installation detail we had a question about they explained thoroughly and with as much information as we wanted. The house is now quieter, more beautiful with the divided light panes, cooler with better insulation and greatly reduced heat transmission (solar heat gain coefficient) and the windows are really quite easy to operate and clean. The BetterVue screens are much improved over the previous ones we had. They almost disappear. Pricing was also quite fair compared to other estimates. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we are very satisfied to have selected them over some of the local competition.

Need windows? This is the place to go. I had all our windows changed out in my house. It made me really nervous because I didn't want to change the look of my home.They came out and measured, ordered the windows, scheduled a time to put them in. They sent their A team out to install my windows (I am sure they are all A teams). They were complete in 1 1/2 days. They cleaned up - everything was like clock work. I am 100% satisfied with the product, installation and customer service.

WD of San Angelo, TX has replaced all of our windows with triple panes and added patio doors and windows for an enclosed patio. We LOVE the windows and doors. They also did a great job at my sister's house and now they're going to do our daughter's house in Blanco, TX. They are easy to work with, nice people, and do great work. Fast and efficient. We had them estimate a multiple patio door replacement project for us. Estimate was great when it compared to other companies and came down to the brand of door and the people actually installing. They replaced 6 French patio doors with sliding doors for us on the back of our house. Devan and his brother did a fantastic job on the install completing it in 3 days but would have been done in 2 for a few unseen issues.
The doors look and work fantastically so far. We were very pleased with the service and work and will always look to them for future window or door projects.

I'm a truck driver who had a scheduled delivery to this place. I talked on the phone with Kelly who was very nice. Excellent customer service! This place was extreemly easy to find and even have a little gravel area for trucks to park on and wait for their delivery time...even of it's not until the following day! On that note, as a warning to drivers that decide to use it... Be very careful on how you come on to the gravel lot when coming from Chadbourne St. There is a little dip that don't look like much of nothing... but when u hit it... it yells otherwise! LoL!

I had windows replaced today. Was concerned as many people are anymore that the quality of service and material was going to be sub par as many places are these days. Ordering was my first concern as I was told it would take about 3 months to receive the order. Time dragged by. As it usually does when you want to hurry and fix something. I was concerned but I always want to be fair and take a man for his word. In doing so I learned that not all businesses are questionable. Windows depot very explicitly explained what I was to expect from them and they did not let me down. My wife and I were tickled to death when the young men finished their job today. The quality of work these two young men put before us was impeccable. They explained everything that had been done in such a manner that a 5 year old would understand. They never dallied in their labor and made every movement amount to something completing their job in a professional manner. We were so impressed with the service we received that we are looking forward to having them out to do more work for us.

They replaced two Sierra Pacific windows which had storm damage- perfect match to existing windows. Also, they worked on two sets of double doors which after years of use needed adjusting. Wonderful experience and will be doing business again! Great Company & People!

March 8, 2024 met with sales professional and ordered the desired products with process thoroughly explained, which time paid half of total cost. April 17, 2024 five installers on the crew arrived promptly at 8:00AM as promised, introduced themselves and removed a 30 year old sliding patio door and 8 windows which were replaced with triple pane replacement windows & a center hinged door with equipped blinds. After installation, cleaned the glass, caulked and removed all debris. Before the crew left, the various door and window options were explained. Project completion documents were then signed. The crew departed by 2:40PM. By about 4:00PM, paid remaining balance in-person at Window Depot where assisted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The entire process was seamless from start to conclusion. Products from Window Depot are a sensible investment in your home or business. Pleased with exemplary sales, installation crew, office staff and product line.

The windows (5) we purchased from Window Depot for our Dining area look beautiful. As we do not have window coverings on our windows because we enjoy the view of our backyard, the triple pane windows have made a tremendous difference in conducting heat and cold. I just wish we had done it sooner. Hoppy was quick to come out and measure and our windows arrived sooner than I expected. I was told that they would be out the next and it would probably be afternoon as we were their second job that day. Much to my surprise, they arrived first thing in the morning and quickly got to work. Both Brandon and Tye wasted no time in getting the windows installed and showing me how to open, lock, and tilt the windows when I needed to clean them. Before they left for the day, they vacuumed my Dining area and made sure the outside was also free of debris. Hoppy checked in on us a few days after the installation to make sure all was well. We are truly love our new windows and would highly recommend Casey, Lynn, Hoppy, Brandon, Tye, and the crew at Window Depot.

Hoppy at Window Depot was meticulous in his presentation of the triple pane windows. I had not been able to get someone to come give me an estimate in three weeks and noticed my electric bill was high. After going to Window Depot Hoppy came up to my wife and I and sold me on the benefits of new windows from them. I was able to get a visit, an estimate, and agreed to have windows installed. The installation was very quick and clean. My whole experience with Window Depot has given me a sense of trust that if I ever need windows replaced or know someone who does I will not hesitate to highly recommend if not push for them to use the Window Depot and Hoppy. By the way it was their catchy ads about ur wife being hot that got me to go there .

Worked with Casey and Carrie on getting a replacement skylight for my home after a hail storm. Casey let me know he would try to make it same day to get it replaced. We have had a wonderful experience with Window Depot. The sales man was very informative and great about following up with us. The installers were amazing. They were extremely polite and kept us up to date with the progress. They left my house very clean and and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left.

We asked around quite a lot to get the right people to do our windows. After the Texas freeze of 2021, we needed to get rid of the mid-century single pain glass. We redid the entire house with triple-pane windows. Installation took 1 and a half days for 20 windows. AJ and Fabian were the team members who worked here. They were kind, informative, funny, and professional. They made certain that we were satisfied with their work before they left the house. I recommend Window Depot to anyone else in the San Angelo area who is considering an upgrade on their home!

Terry Long’s presentation of the triple-paned windows was extremely impressive, and I was very pleased with the installation. The windows have been so effective in keeping my electric bill down; with my a/c set at 78, my house stays very cool. The triple panes block outside noise, the glass is so easy to clean inside and out, snd the screens are almost invisible so I can enjoy my views of cardinals and deer. I would have waited 6 weeks for installation, but the installation was done exactly when it was scheduled. I brag all the time on my wonderful windows, and today I found out that the screens that have been attacked by the grasshopper plague will be rescreened for free-what a terrific customer service! I love Window Depot!
